I purchased this product along with the Magnesium Spray for my mum, who has struggled for 30-plus years to get a decent night's sleep. She has tried so many products, including the highest dosage of melatonin that cost $190, and nothing worked. I can 100% assure you that finally, she has been getting a full 6-hour block of completely restful sleep since starting the oil and spray combo; it's been absolutely amazing.
