I purchased this product along with the Magnesium Spray for my mum, who has struggled for 30-plus years to get a decent night's sleep. She has tried so many products, including the highest dosage of melatonin that cost $190, and nothing worked. I can 100% assure you that finally, she has been getting a full 6-hour block of completely restful sleep since starting the oil and spray combo; it's been absolutely amazing. The combo of the magnesium spray used on her legs (10 sprays on each leg below the knees) and the Calming Lifestyle Blend essential oil is a game-changer. It took a couple of nights to kick in, so to speak, but it really worked.
